Turf Claim
Sneak out of your patch of grass, draw a trail and loop home to claim land while cutting the trails of 12 or more rival bots across ten stages.
Turf Claim is a territory-grabbing .io game played on a sunny, freshly mowed field. Your colored block starts on a small patch of land; step off it and you leave a trail behind you, then return to your own turf to fill in everything the loop encloses. Bigger loops grab more ground, but they also leave you exposed for longer, and a live top-10 leaderboard shows exactly how your share compares to the named rival bots.
The danger runs both ways. Touch your own trail or the fence and you are out, while driving across a rival's trail slices them and wipes their land off the map. The bots head out on loops of their own, rush home when threatened and hunt exposed trails, getting bolder as the clock runs down. During the first ten seconds nobody targets you, so you can set up a safe first claim.
Each of the ten stages has a territory goal, from 35% up to 70%, plus more and faster rivals. Hit the goal or finish first when the three-minute timer ends to clear the stage and unlock the next. Your score combines peak territory, kills and stage clear bonuses. It suits fans of paper-style land grab games who want a clear ladder to climb. Tip: claim in thin rectangles near your edge instead of one huge risky loop.
How to play
Steer with the arrow keys or WASD, hold the mouse button and point, or swipe on touch screens. Leaving your land draws a trail; return to your land to claim the trail and everything inside the loop. Crossing a rival's trail eliminates them. Touching your own trail or the fence ends your run. Reach the stage's territory goal, or be first when the 3-minute timer runs out, to clear the stage and unlock the next one. Score = peak territory (hundredths of a percent) + 250 per kill + a stage clear bonus.
