Slope Glide
Hold to dive down pastel hills and let go to launch off the slopes. Chain perfect landings into Fever and hop between islands before the sun sets.
Slope Glide is a one-button physics arcade game about a round little bird racing the sunset across candy-colored hills. Hold to make the bird heavy so it dives down each slope, then let go on the way up to fling it into the sky. Get the rhythm right and you sail over valleys, splash past the sea and land on the next island with a burst of confetti.
Every landing is judged. Touch down on a downhill slope for a Perfect, and three Perfects in a row trigger Fever, a rainbow trail that doubles your points and adds extra speed. Land against an uphill and you bump to a crawl. The daylight bar keeps draining, and each new island refills it, but later islands have bigger hills, wider sea gaps and a faster sunset, so a sloppy run ends in a sleepy glide into the night. Coins hang above the hills for bonus points.
It suits anyone who likes relaxed timing games with a high-score hook. Reaching new islands for the first time unlocks new birds, from a Robin to a Rainbow bird, and you can pick your favorite on the title screen. Tip: release just before the crest of a hill, not after it, for the longest and highest launches.
How to play
Hold the mouse button, Space or the screen to make your bird heavy and dive down slopes, and release on uphills to launch. Land on a downhill for a Perfect; three in a row starts Fever for double points. Reach each new island before the daylight bar runs out to refill it. Your score is distance plus bonuses, and the run ends when night falls.
