Sky Ace
A sunny vertical scrolling plane shoot-'em-up: power up your fighter, chain gold medals, drop screen-clearing bombs and topple five giant flying bosses.
Sky Ace is a vertical scrolling shoot-'em-up with bright daylight skies, patchwork farmland, turquoise coastlines and snowy peaks rolling past far below your propeller plane. Your guns fire automatically, so the whole game is about weaving through bullet patterns, picking off squadrons and grabbing the power-ups that turn a twin shot into a wide spray backed by wing drones and homing missiles.
Each of the five stages throws swooping fighter squadrons, diving raiders, helicopters, heavy bombers and weaving aces at you, then a mid-boss bomber halfway through and a huge boss at the end: an airship, flying wings and a giant gyrocopter whose turrets you can shoot off one by one. Bosses switch to spiral and ring patterns as they lose health. Gold medals grow in value every time you catch one in a row, but letting a single medal fall resets the chain. Bombs wipe every bullet off the screen, and getting shot costs a life and one power level.
Sky Ace is made for arcade shooter fans who like a fair, readable challenge. Clearing stages unlocks two extra planes, the fast Hornet and the wide-firing Thunder, and lets you start from later stages. Tip: hold Shift (or drag gently) for precise dodging and save a bomb for each boss.
How to play
Fly your plane through five stages; your guns fire automatically. Dodge enemy bullets, shoot down enemies and collect P icons to power up (up to level 5), B icons for extra bombs and gold medals for points. Medals rise in value while you keep catching them. Defeat the boss at the end of each stage. Being hit costs a life and a power level; the run ends when all lives are gone, or in victory after stage 5.

- X / B / Space: Drop a bomb
- Touch: Drag anywhere to fly; BOMB button to bomb
- Left / Right, Up / Down: Choose plane and start stage on the title screen
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute
- R: Restart
