Rooftop Duel
A one-button paintball duel on sunset rooftops. Jump, fire in mid-air and splat your wobbly rival off the edge. First to 5 wins, against eight AI rivals or a friend.
Rooftop Duel is a one-button shooting game about timing and wobbly physics. Two paintball snipers face off on a city roof at sunset. Tap to jump, then tap again in mid-air to fire while your arm swings up and down. Every splat shoves the target backwards with a burst of paint, a headshot hits much harder, and every shot kicks you back too. Knock your rival off the roof to win the point. The first to five takes the match, and the final fall plays in slow motion.
The solo run is a ladder of eight computer rivals on eight rooftops. Each rival reacts faster, dodges more and aims better than the last. The stages add their own twists: a gap between two buildings, chimneys that block shots, an icy roof with no grip, swinging window-cleaning lifts, a gusty tower and a sliding crane beam. Supply crates drift down by parachute with a big slug, triple shot, spring boots or a shield. Grab one or shoot it to claim it. If a round drags on, sudden death starts crumbling the roof edges. Beating a rival for the first time unlocks a new hat for your sniper.
Two players can share one keyboard or one phone, one button each, for quick and silly rematches. Tip: jumping hops you forward, so after a big hit, jump to win back ground before you shoot.
How to play
Press your button to jump, then press it again in mid-air to shoot. Your arm swings up and down, so time the shot to hit your rival. Hits push them back, headshots push hardest, and every shot kicks you back too. Knock your rival off the roof to score. First to 5 points wins the match. In the solo run, beat all eight rivals for a champion bonus. Losing a match ends the run.
Controls
- Space / W / click: 1 player: jump, press again in the air to shoot
- A or W: 2 players: Blue's button
- L or Up arrow: 2 players: Red's button
- Tap: 1 player: tap anywhere. 2 players: left half is Blue, right half is Red
- Left / Right on the title: Choose an unlocked hat
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute
- R: Restart
