Rhythm Tap
Hit the falling chalk notes on four lanes right on the beat of a generated groove. Chain perfect hits for score multipliers and keep your health bar alive.
Rhythm Tap is a four-lane rhythm game drawn on a chalkboard. A bass beat and a little melody play while chalk notes slide down the board, and you hit each lane exactly as its note crosses the line. Nail the timing for a Perfect and 300 points, land a little early or late for a Good, and watch the combo counter climb.
Every ten hits in a row raises your score multiplier, up to triple points, so a long streak quickly beats a sloppy high-speed run. Missed notes break the combo and drain your health bar, while hits slowly refill it. The note pattern is generated fresh every run and gets denser over the first two minutes, adding off-beat notes and two-lane chords as you go. When the health bar empties the song is over and you see your perfects, goods, misses and best combo.
This music game suits anyone who likes timing challenges and quick reflex tests. Play with D, F, J and K, the arrow keys, or by tapping the lanes on a touchscreen, in landscape or portrait. Tip: sound helps a lot, so keep it on and tap to the bass beat instead of just watching the notes.
How to play
Notes fall down four lanes in time with the music. Press the matching key or tap the lane when a note reaches the line. Perfect timing scores more than Good, and every ten hits in a row raises your multiplier. Misses drain your health bar; when it runs out, the song ends.
