Pirate Island Hunt
A treasure hunting adventure across four islands. Read the map clues, find landmarks, count your paces and dig, then sail the seas and upgrade your pirate crew.
Pirate Island Hunt is a treasure hunting adventure game where every island is a puzzle. You start on Palm Cove with a torn map and a spade. Each clue names a landmark such as the Skull Rock or the Broken Mast and tells you how many paces to walk in a direction. Count the grid squares, dig, and a bottle reveals the next clue until the treasure chest finally opens.
Between hunts you steer your boat around an open sea, fishing crates out of the water and landing on islands that open up as you progress. Mangrove Bay has slow mud and more crabs, Ember Isle has erupting lava vents and needs Swift Sails, and Mist Atoll is wrapped in fog and can only be reached once Navigator Nia joins your crew. Hot and cold feedback helps after a wrong dig, buried coin piles reward exploring, and crabs nip your purse if you let them catch you. Coins buy crew upgrades such as a sharper spade, a lookout, boots and a quartermaster, and levels unlock pirate outfits and a parrot.
The game is great for players who like relaxed exploration, treasure maps and light puzzle solving. Progress is saved automatically, a daily island adds a new twist every day, and goals and streaks give you reasons to come back. Tip: in the grid view, every square is exactly one pace, so count carefully from the centre of the landmark.
How to play
Walk the island, read the clue at the top left, go to the named landmark, count the paces in the given direction and dig there. Warm and hot feedback tells you how close you are. Solve every clue to open the treasure chest, avoid crabs and lava, then sail on to the next island and spend coins on crew upgrades.
Controls
- WASD / Arrow keys: Walk on the island or sail the boat
- Space or E: Dig for treasure, or land when your boat is near an island
- Mouse click: Walk or sail toward the clicked spot
- Touch: Left side stick to move, DIG / LAND button on the right
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute
