Phase Shift
Race through three lanes of colored walls and flip between blue and red phases to slip through them. Change lanes to dodge black walls and switch late for clutch points.
Phase Shift is a fast reflex runner drawn in a bold comic-book style. Your orb travels down one of three lanes while walls rush toward it. Every wall segment is blue, red, black or open. In blue phase you pass harmlessly through blue walls, and in red phase you pass through red ones, so the core of the game is flipping your phase at the right moment while choosing the safest lane.
Each wall you clear is worth a point, and switching phase just before you reach a colored wall earns a clutch bonus worth three. Keep a streak of five or more clean passes and every wall pays an extra point. The game starts slowly with plenty of open gaps, then speeds up as your score rises. After the first few walls, solid black segments start appearing that no phase can pass, forcing you to slide into another lane. Hitting a wall in the wrong phase costs one of three hearts.
This is a quick-play game for anyone who loves color-switch reflex challenges and endless runners. It plays well in portrait on phones, where the lanes turn vertical. Tip: watch the next two walls, not just the closest one, and settle into the lane that needs the fewest phase changes.
How to play
Walls scroll toward you in three lanes. Blue phase passes blue walls and red phase passes red walls; black walls block both, so change lanes to avoid them. Each wall passed scores a point, and switching just in time scores a clutch bonus. Wrong-phase hits cost a heart, and the run ends after three.
