Neon Twinstick is a twin-stick arena shooter played on a glowing spring grid that bends and ripples with every shot, explosion and black hole. You move with one stick and aim with the other, spraying fire at wanderers, dodging seekers and cutting down anything that gets close. Every kill drops green geoms, and scooping them up raises a score multiplier that turns a good run into a huge one.
The arena is split into 40-second sectors. Sector one is gentle, with lone wanderers drifting in before pink seekers start hunting you. Each new sector brings fresh trouble: splitters that burst into minis, darts that ricochet off the walls, swarms that warp in at the corners and black holes that drag in bullets, enemies and you. Clearing a sector pays a big bonus, and every second one adds a bomb. Weapon drops give you spread, rapid or piercing fire for a few seconds, and the smart bomb wipes the screen when you are cornered.
This neon shooter suits players who like fast reflex games with a long-term goal. Reaching sectors 3, 5 and 7 for the first time unlocks lasting perks: an extra bomb, a spread gun at the start and an extra life. Tip: shoot black holes early, before they grow, and keep collecting geoms, because losing a life halves your multiplier.
How to play
Move around the arena and shoot in any direction to destroy the shapes before they touch you. Kills drop green geoms that raise your score multiplier. Survive each 40-second sector for a bonus; new enemy types join as sectors rise. Grab weapon power-ups, use smart bombs when swarmed, and shoot black holes before they swallow everything. You have three lives, and reaching sectors 3, 5 and 7 unlocks permanent starting perks.
