Myth or Fact is a swipe-style true or false quiz about surprising claims. It holds more than 340 claims across animals, the human body, space and Earth, history, food and drink, science and technology, geography and nature, and everyday life. Some are well-known myths and some are true facts that sound too strange to believe, and every card ends with a one-line explanation of what is really going on.
A run is fifteen cards with three strikes and a countdown on each card. Drag the card left for myth or right for fact, or use the big buttons or the arrow keys. Right answers build a streak multiplier, and a streak of five brings back a strike. Lifelines include Second Thought, which forgives one mistake, Hold On, which stops the timer, and Fact Check, which points to the right answer for fewer points. Pick Easy, Normal or Expert for shorter timers and harder claims, or focus on one topic. Levels unlock lifelines, difficulties and color looks, topic mastery earns medals and titles, and coins buy upgrades. Daily 10 serves the same ten cards to everyone and builds a day streak.
It is perfect for trivia fans, classrooms and anyone who loves a good fact. Tip: when a claim sounds too neat, doubt it.
How to play
Decide whether each claim is a myth or a fact before its timer runs out. Swipe the card left for myth and right for fact, or use the buttons. A wrong answer or timeout costs a strike, a streak multiplies your score, and a short explanation follows every card. Use lifelines for a second chance, a timer stop or a fact check, and earn XP and coins to level up.
