Mech Siege
Top-down mech shooter: walk your mech with separate legs and torso, fire autocannon and missile salvos, manage heat and survive 15 waves of drones, tanks and boss walkers.
Mech Siege is a top-down arena shooter that puts you in the cockpit of a walking war machine on a sunny desert industrial yard. Your legs and your torso move separately: walk one way while the torso swings around to track targets, then hammer them with the twin autocannon or a homing missile salvo that seeks out enemies near your crosshair.
Every shot builds heat. Push past the limit and the mech overheats, locking your weapons and slowing your stride until it cools down, so firing in controlled bursts matters. When you are cornered, the coolant flush dumps all heat at once and blasts a shockwave that shoves nearby enemies away. Fifteen waves bring kamikaze drone swarms, turret tanks, rocket buggies that circle you, and artillery whose red target rings warn you to move. Every fifth wave a huge boss walker stomps in, firing spreads and launching drones. Concrete blocks give cover, crates break open for scrap, and red fuel barrels explode.
Scrap from wrecks buys workshop upgrades between waves: armor plates, a faster autocannon, bigger missile pods, heat sinks, leg actuators and field repairs. Reaching wave 5 and wave 10 unlocks the speedy Scout and the heavy Juggernaut chassis for future runs. Tip: keep moving, and save the flush for drone swarms.
How to play
Survive 15 waves. Walk with the left controls, aim the torso and fire the autocannon; launch missile salvos at enemies near your aim point. Firing builds heat; at 100 your weapons lock until the mech cools. Use the coolant flush to vent all heat and push enemies back. Collect scrap from wrecks and crates and spend it on upgrades between waves. Your run ends when armor reaches zero.
