The hotter your streak, the tougher the sums get. Easy single digits turn into times tables, two-digit sums, division and eventually two-step problems, with negative answers appearing at higher levels. Division always works out to a whole number. Answers lock in automatically once you type enough digits, which keeps the pace high. Chain correct answers to fill the combo meter and multiply your points up to x5, but a wrong answer costs three seconds and resets your combo.
This free online math game is great for students practising arithmetic, adults keeping their minds sharp and anyone who likes beating their own score. Play with a keyboard or the big on-screen number pad on mobile and desktop, then review your accuracy, fastest answer, best streak and top level after each run. Tip: accuracy matters more than speed early on, because every mistake costs time and wipes the multiplier you worked to build.
How to play
Solve as many arithmetic problems as you can before the timer reaches zero. Type the answer with the number keys or on-screen pad; it locks in automatically, or press Enter or OK. Correct answers add 2 seconds and points multiplied by your streak combo, up to x5. Wrong answers cost 3 seconds and reset the combo. Use minus or the plus-minus button for negative answers, Backspace to delete and P to pause.
