Ludo Race is a colourful dice board game for one to four players. Roll the die, bring your tokens out of the yard with a six, send them once around the cross-shaped board and march them up your home column into the centre. Land on a rival to send it back to its yard, or park on a star square to stay safe. It is a classic race game with a few modern touches that make every choice matter.
The eight cups form a ladder. You start in the two-token Meadow Cup against an easy rival, then face harder computer opponents, three-way and four-way tables, blockades, exact-finish endings and capture bonus rolls. Rivals scale from random-ish beginners to expert players that weigh danger, safe squares and blocks. Each match gives XP, coins and up to three stars. Spend coins on token styles, board themes, dice and lucky perks such as extra re-rolls, and level up to unlock more. A daily challenge uses fixed dice for everyone, and three daily goals keep a streak going.
Free Play lets you set the number of rivals, their skill, tokens, and every house rule, while Pass and Play lets two to four people share one screen. Tip: you can spend a re-roll after seeing your die, so save it for the moment a safe move disappears or a capture is one step away.
How to play
Tap the die or press Space to roll. A six brings a token out and gives you another roll. Tap a glowing token to move it, capture rivals on non-safe squares, and be the first to bring all your tokens home. Use a re-roll with the button or X.
Controls
- Tap die / Space / Enter: Roll the die
- Tap token / keys 1-4: Move that token
- X: Use a re-roll
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute
- R: Play again after a match
