Lights Out
Tap a bulb to flip it and its four neighbours, and switch the whole board dark. Thirty levels grow from 3x3 to 7x7 grids, with hints, undo and three-star par scores.
Lights Out is a calm light-switch logic puzzle on a soft pastel board of glowing bulbs. Every tap toggles the bulb you touch plus the ones directly above, below, left and right of it, so switching one light off often turns others on. The goal is simple to say and tricky to do: leave every bulb dark. Ripples, sparks and rising chimes reward each move, and the whole board pulses when you clear it.
Thirty fixed levels ramp up steadily. The first few are small 3x3 warm-ups, then the grid grows through 4x4, 5x5 and 6x6 to a demanding 7x7 with many lit bulbs. Each level has a par based on the presses used to build it; solve it in that many moves or fewer for three stars, or within three extra moves for two. Undo is free, a hint lights up a correct bulb for the cost of one move, and your stars unlock new levels and raise your title from Night Owl to Lord of Darkness.
This classic toggle puzzle is ideal for short thinking breaks and for anyone who enjoys pattern spotting. Tip: work row by row from the top, pressing the bulb beneath each lit one, then study what is left on the bottom row.
How to play
Tap or click a bulb to flip it and its four direct neighbours between on and off. Turn every bulb off to clear the level. Solve within the par move count for three stars. Undo is free; a hint shows a correct bulb but adds one move. Your total stars across all levels are your score.
