Inventory Swap
Plan your two-slot inventory to cross a dungeon of barriers. Keys open doors, axes chop barricades, water douses fire, planks bridge gaps and hammers smash rocks.
Inventory Swap is a tile-based dungeon puzzle about packing light. Each room is split by walls, and every wall has one barrier that needs a specific tool: a key for the door, an axe for the barricade, water for the fire, a plank for the gap or a hammer for the rock. The catch is that your adventurer only has two pockets, so you are always deciding what to keep, what to swap and what to leave behind.
Walking onto an item picks it up into a free slot. If both slots are full, the item on the floor trades places with your active slot, leaving your old tool on the ground for later. Keys, water and planks are used up when you clear a barrier, while axes and hammers can be reused. The first rooms have a single barrier, then two and finally three, with decoy items mixed in. You start with 75 seconds, and each room you clear adds 20 seconds plus a score bonus that shrinks if you bump into barriers without the right tool.
This relaxed logic game suits players who enjoy planning a few moves ahead in dungeon and inventory puzzles. Tip: check the small icon on each barrier before you set off, and drop spare tools near the wall where you will need them.
How to play
Move through the room and bring the matching tool to each barrier: key for doors, axe for barricades, water for fire, plank for gaps, hammer for rocks. You can carry two items; stepping on an item fills a free slot or swaps it with your active slot. Reach the green exit to clear the room, earn points and gain 20 seconds. The run ends when time runs out.
