Ice Rink Manager
Run a busy ice rink: hand out the right rental skate sizes, drive the resurfacer over scuffed ice, dump the snow, coach lessons and host disco nights while skaters glide around.
Ice Rink Manager puts you in charge of a bustling skating rink seen from above. Guests queue at the rental desk with a shoe size and a patience meter. Tap a guest, then tap the small, medium or large skate rack that fits, and they head onto the ice. Meanwhile the skaters carve laps around the rink and wear scuffs into the surface, which shows up as grey patches on the ice and a smoothness meter. Drag or tap on the rink to steer your resurfacer over the worn spots, and skaters will glide happily again.
Shifts grow more demanding with each day. Guests with their own skates, a snow bin to empty at the snow pit, coach-led lessons in a roped-off corner, VIP skaters, fast speed skaters and timed events such as disco night all appear over the first weeks. Events pay a bonus that depends on how smooth the ice is and how many skaters are on it, so plan a resurfacing run beforehand. Between shifts you spend earnings on a turbo resurfacer, wider blades, bigger racks, a second coach, a smart autopilot and more. Each day also brings three goals, a daily challenge with a rule twist and a streak bonus.
It suits fans of tycoon games, skating games and relaxed management sims on phone or desktop. Tip: drive the resurfacer before a rush, not during it, and keep an eye on the snow bin.
How to play
Tap a guest at the rental desk, then tap the skate size that fits their shoe size. Drag or tap on the rink to steer the resurfacer over scuffed ice, and drive to the snow pit to empty the bin. Keep the ice smooth so skaters stay happy, run lessons and events, and reach each day's cash goal for stars.
Controls
- Mouse / tap: Tap a guest, then tap a skate size on the racks
- Drag / tap on the rink: Steer the resurfacer toward that spot
- Arrow keys: Drive the resurfacer directly
- Z X C: Hand out small, medium or large skates
- 1-5: Select a guest (own-skates guests are let in)
- Space: Let in the next guest with their own skates
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute
- R: Restart from the pause or result screen
