Home Run Derby is a baseball batting game where every swing is a chance to go deep. You stand in at the plate, watch the pitcher wind up, read the pitch and swing at the right moment with the sweet spot of the bat on the ball. Timing decides where the ball goes: early swings pull it to left field, late swings push it the other way, and a perfect strike sends it soaring over the fence while the crowd rises.
Each round is a duel. A rival slugger bats first and sets a home run total, then you get ten outs to beat it. Any swing that does not leave the park is an out, and so is taking a strike, but balls outside the zone are free to let go. The five ballparks, from a sunny sandlot to a stadium under the lights, bring deeper fences, faster pitches, sneaky change-ups and big breaking curveballs. Golden pitches count as two homers, back-to-back home runs build a score multiplier, and leading by four clinches the round early.
This sports game suits anyone who likes quick timing challenges with real progression. Coins you earn are saved and buy Power, Contact and Batting Eye upgrades between rounds, and you can continue from the furthest ballpark you reached. Tip: let the pitches outside the dashed zone go by, and slightly undercut the ball for a better launch angle.
How to play
Aim the bat circle where the pitch will cross the plate and swing as it arrives. Home runs score their distance in points, multiplied by your streak, and golden pitches count double. Any swing that is not a home run is an out, and taking a pitch in the strike zone is also an out; pitches outside the zone are free. With 10 outs, beat the rival's home run total (or tie it with a longer homer) to move on to the next ballpark. Win all five to become champion.

- Mouse: Aim the bat circle

- Arrows / WASD: Move the bat circle
- Touch: Drag to aim, tap or lift your finger while the pitch is in the air to swing
- 1 / 2 / 3: Buy upgrades between rounds
- C: Continue from your furthest ballpark on the title screen
- P / Esc, M, R: Pause, mute, restart
