Famous Landmarks Quiz is a travel-poster trivia game about the great buildings and wild places of the world. Its bank of more than 330 hand-written questions covers Europe, Asia, the Americas, Africa and the Middle East, Oceania, architecture and design, natural wonders, and records and facts. About 80 questions are picture puzzles drawn in code: thirty-five landmarks from the Eiffel Tower and the Taj Mahal to Uluru and the Moai appear as dark silhouettes against a sunset sky, and ten more show arches, domes and Greek columns.
A run is twelve stops, with three tickets and a timer on each question. Wrong answers and timeouts cost a ticket, streaks multiply your score up to times five, and every fourth correct answer earns a ticket back. While the clock runs down the silhouette slowly shows faint details, and when you answer the scene turns to full daylight color with a fact about the place. Lifelines remove two wrong answers, stop the timer with a Layover or forgive a mistake with the Passport. Choose Easy, Normal or Expert, or focus on one region or topic. Levels unlock lifelines, difficulties and color looks, topic mastery earns medals and titles, and coins buy upgrades. The daily quiz is the same for everyone and builds a day streak.

How to play
