Drift King
Top-down drift racing: pull the handbrake, slide sideways through the corners, chain drifts for big multipliers and beat three rival drivers across six tracks.
Drift King is a top-down drift racing game about style and speed at the same time. Tap the handbrake into a corner, catch the slide with the throttle and hold the angle: the longer the drift lasts, the higher your multiplier climbs, all the way to x6. Glowing drift zones on the tightest bends double every point, while three rival drivers race the same laps beside you.
Each race is three laps on one of six hand-shaped circuits, from a gentle Sunday oval to hairpins, harbor esses, pine forests, a canyon knot and a snowy summit spiral. Hitting a tire wall, bumping a rival hard, spinning out or running onto the grass breaks your chain and the points are lost. Every track awards up to three stars for a podium, reaching its drift goal and winning outright. Two stars unlock the next track, and the rivals get faster as you go. Race winnings buy engine, tire and drift kit upgrades in the garage, and all progress is saved.
Drift King suits players who like arcade car games with real handling. Tip: start drifts a little early, keep the gas on through the slide and straighten up before the exit so you bank the chain instead of hitting the wall.
How to play
Race three laps against three rivals. Hold the handbrake while steering to slide; longer drifts raise your multiplier and drift zones double points. Walls, grass, spins and hard bumps break the chain. Your score is drift points plus a finishing bonus. Earn stars for a podium, the drift goal and a win; two stars unlock the next track. Spend winnings on upgrades in the garage.
