Tap a giant egg to warm it, hatch dragons of five rarities that multiply your gold, build treasure lairs, breed rarer eggs and ascend the flight for permanent Elder Scales.
Dragon Hatchery is a warm, storybook idle clicker where you tend a single glowing egg on a mountain ledge. Every tap warms the egg and earns gold, and when the warmth bar fills, a dragon hatches. There are ten species across five rarities, from humble Ember Whelps to the Solar Dragon, and every dragon you keep multiplies all of your gold, so a full Dragon Book is a real power-up rather than a trophy shelf.
Turn gold into income by building twelve kinds of lair, from a Treasure Imp and Nest Keeper to Volcano Dens and the Elder Throne, and buy upgrades that multiply each one. Keep tapping to build an Ember combo, catch golden scales that drift past for a Dragonfire production boost or a burst of gilded taps, and breed two dragons of the same kind for an egg of that rarity or better. When progress slows, Ascend the Flight: your lairs reset, but you keep your dragons and trophies and gain Elder Scales that add ten percent to gold each, unlocking milestones along the way.
A daily reward with a streak counter and a welcome-back screen for offline earnings, capped at up to eight hours, make it easy to check in. Tip: breed your commons early, since a rare dragon found in the first minutes pays off through every later run.
How to play
Tap or click the egg (or press Space) to earn gold and warm it until a dragon hatches. Build lairs and buy upgrades to earn gold automatically, catch golden scales for bonuses, and breed two dragons of one species for a rarer egg. After earning a million gold in a run, Ascend the Flight to reset your lairs for permanent Elder Scales. Claim the daily reward to keep your streak.
