Color Switch Gates
Fall through neon gates on a synthwave grid and tap to switch your ball color so it matches each gate. One wrong color ends the run.
Color Switch Gates is a one-button neon arcade game with a glowing synthwave look. Your ball drops through an endless shaft of colored barriers, and it can only pass a gate when its color matches the part of the gate it touches. One tap cycles the ball to the next color, so every gate is a split-second decision. Runs are short, intense and very easy to restart.
The first gates are solid bars that teach the rhythm. Soon you meet striped bars that slide sideways, so the color under your ball keeps changing, and spinning rings where you must time the color at the bottom of the ring. After twelve gates a fourth color joins the cycle, and the fall speed keeps creeping up. Passing gates builds a streak bonus, and stars between gates add extra points. Hit a gate with the wrong color and the run is over.
This color switch reflex game is made for players who love quick-play score attacks and a bit of adrenaline. Tip: on keyboard you can press 1 to 4 to jump straight to a color instead of cycling, which helps a lot once the fourth color arrives and the rings start spinning faster.
How to play
Your ball falls through a series of gates. Tap, click or press Space to switch to the next color, or press 1-4 to choose a color directly. A gate only lets the ball through when the ball color matches the color it touches, including moving stripes and spinning rings. Each gate passed scores points and builds a streak; stars give a bonus. Touching a gate with the wrong color ends the run.
