Chain Lightning
Defend a glowing core from creeping sparks. Tap an enemy to zap it and watch the lightning leap to its neighbours for huge chain combos.
Chain Lightning is a neon defense game where patience pays. Waves of spiky sparks drift in from every edge toward the glowing core in the middle of the screen. Click or tap one and a bolt of lightning strikes it, then jumps to the nearest enemy, and the next, arcing through the whole group.
Points grow with the square of the chain length, so zapping a lone spark is worth little while a five-link chain pays out big. That creates a fun tension: wait for enemies to bunch up for a monster chain, or zap early before they reach the core. Each cleared wave adds more enemies, raises their speed, and lengthens your maximum chain. From wave three, tougher armoured sparks appear that need two hits. The core can take five hits before it shatters.
This is a great pick for players who enjoy quick arcade defense games with a risk-and-reward twist. Tip: tap an enemy on the edge of a cluster so the bolt travels inward and links the most targets.
How to play
Sparks crawl toward your core from all sides. Click or tap an enemy to zap it; the lightning chains to nearby enemies up to your current chain limit. Longer chains score far more points. Clear a wave to earn a bonus and raise your chain limit. The core survives five hits.
