Race the clock to name world capitals continent by continent. Fast answers score bonus points, streaks multiply them, and each country you master fills your continent's progress and stars.
Capital Cities Quiz is a timed geography trivia game drawn like an old explorer's atlas. Pick a continent, then name the capital city of each country from four choices before the timer bar runs out. It covers 176 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, North America, South America and Oceania, plus a World Tour mode that mixes them all together.
Each round has up to 12 countries, or 15 on the World Tour, and starts with famous capitals before moving on to harder ones. The clock also gets shorter as the round goes on, from 15 seconds down to 8. From the fifth question, some questions are reversed: you see the capital and must pick the country. Faster answers earn more points, and a streak of 3, 6 or 10 correct answers multiplies every answer after it. You have three lives per round, and a perfect round earns a bonus. Tricky capitals come with a short note, such as why Canberra or BrasÃlia was chosen, so you learn as you play.
Answer a country's capital correctly twice in a row to master it. Mastery fills a progress bar and earns up to three stars for each continent, and new rounds pick capitals you have not mastered yet. It is a great way to practise geography for school or just for fun. Tip: watch out for lookalikes such as Kingston and Kingstown.
How to play
Choose a continent, then pick the capital of each country from four answers before the timer runs out. Correct answers score 100 points plus a speed bonus, and streaks of 3, 6 and 10 multiply your points by 1.5, 2 and 3. A wrong answer or timeout costs one of three lives and resets your streak. Later questions may be reversed, asking which country a capital belongs to. Finish all questions with no misses for a 300 point bonus. Answer a capital correctly twice in a row to master it and earn continent stars.
Controls

- Enter / Space: Skip the answer reveal
