Bluff: Call the Liar
A bluffing card game for four: play cards face down, claim they match the rank, and call LIAR on computer opponents who hesitate and fib, with a tournament ladder, daily challenges and house rules.
Bluff: Call the Liar is a bluffing card game for you and three computer opponents. A 36-card pack from 6 to Ace is dealt out, and on each turn the table calls for the next rank, climbing from 6s up to Aces and round again. Place one to four cards face down and announce them as that rank. If you do not hold the right cards, you can simply lie, and anyone may call LIAR on the last play.
A caught liar takes the pile into their hand, while a true claim makes the caller take it instead, so every call is a gamble. A loser picks up at most the top eight cards. The table shows how many of the called rank you hold, and the computer players give away tells: they hesitate longer before bluffing, easy bots a lot and hard bots hardly at all. Hard opponents remember who has been caught lying, spot impossible claims and call going-out plays. Tables add house rules such as laying away four of a kind as books, naming the rank when a fresh pile starts, and a three-card limit. Win games to climb eight tables, earn chips and XP, rank up and unlock card backs and felts. A daily challenge adds a fixed deal and a twist.
It suits anyone who enjoys a liar's game without waiting for friends. Tip: bluff with a single card, never with a big claim, and watch the delay before each play.
How to play
Play 1 to 4 cards face down and say they are all the rank the table calls for (6s, 7s, 8s up to Aces and round again). Bluff if you need to. Anyone can call LIAR on the last play: a liar takes the pile, otherwise the caller does. First player to play their last card and survive a call wins.
