Blade Dash
Dash straight through ink spirits on a rice-paper battlefield. Every kill mid-dash recharges your blade, so chain slashes into huge combos, clear stage quotas and topple the Oni Warlord.
Blade Dash is a chain-dash slasher drawn in ink and vermilion on warm rice paper. You play a tiny samurai who can only hurt enemies by dashing through them, and every kill during a dash instantly refunds the dash. Line up a crowd, slice the first spirit and the next dash is already waiting, so one good read turns into a ribbon of red brush strokes and a soaring combo multiplier.
Each stage sets a kill quota. Early stages send slow ink blobs only, then indigo darters that lunge, plum brutes that take three hits, rust shooters that spit ink drops and moss splitters that burst into smaller spirits. Every fifth stage the Oni Warlord stomps in: it winds up and charges, summons minions and must be cut down one dash at a time. Clearing stages awards bonus points, and every third stage restores a heart.
This action arena game suits players who like fast reflex play with a skill ceiling. Your score feeds a lifetime XP track with six ranks, from Wanderer to Blademaster, and each rank unlocks a perk such as a longer combo window, an extra starting heart or faster dash recharge. Tip: never dash into empty space when spirits are close, because a missed dash leaves you open for half a second.
How to play
Move with WASD or the arrow keys and press Space to dash in the direction you are moving, or click to dash toward the cursor. On touch screens use the left thumb stick to move and the DASH button (or tap the right side) to dash. Dashing through a spirit slices it, and a kill during a dash refreshes the dash instantly so you can chain. Touching a spirit or an ink drop while not dashing costs a heart. Fill each stage's kill quota to advance; every fifth stage you face the Oni Warlord. The run ends when your hearts run out.
