Basketball Shootout
Swipe to shoot hoops on a sunset court. Beat rival shooters through a three-division league, clear a 3-point contest round by round, chase streak multipliers and unlock new balls, jerseys and courts.
Basketball Shootout is a swipe-to-shoot basketball game played from the side of a sunset streetball court. Flick your finger or mouse up toward the hoop: the angle of your swipe sets the arc and its length sets the power, with a dotted aim guide and a gentle auto-correct window that rewards a clean, confident throw. Swishes, bank shots and money balls all score, and every make in a row builds a streak multiplier up to times four.
There are two ways to play. The league is a ladder of three divisions, Rookie, Pro and All-Star, each with four rounds against a named rival shooter whose score updates after every shot of yours, with sudden death if you tie. The 3-point contest sends you around five racks of three balls on a shot clock, and each round you need to beat a rising cut score while the hoop starts sliding up, down and side to side and the rim shrinks. A daily challenge adds a new twist every day, such as wind, low gravity or a tiny rim.
Win rounds to earn XP and coins, then spend them on aim guide length, a wider sweet spot, extra time and more. Levels unlock new jerseys, balls and courts, from an indoor arena to a glowing neon night court. Tip: lead the moving hoop, keep your streak alive on the easy free throws, and save your best swipe for the money ball.
How to play
Swipe up toward the hoop and release to shoot: swipe angle sets the arc and swipe length sets the power. In the league, beat each rival's score over ten shots from the free throw, mid-range and three-point spots to climb the divisions. In the 3-point contest, score enough points on 15 balls before the clock ends to clear each round; the last ball of every rack counts double. Consecutive makes build a multiplier, swishes add a bonus point, and missing the cut or losing a league round ends the run.
Controls
- Mouse / touch: Press, swipe up toward the hoop and release to shoot
- Left / Right: Lower or raise the arc (keyboard aiming)
- Up / Down: More or less power (keyboard aiming)
- Space: Shoot with the keyboard aim
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute
- R: Play again from the results screen
