Bakery Rush
Run a busy pastel bakery: time your ovens for golden cakes, frost and top them to order, beat each day's sales goal and upgrade your shop.
Bakery Rush is a cake shop time-management game where every second at the oven counts. Customers line up at the counter with a picture of the cake they want, and you fill ovens with batter, pull each cake out while its bake bar sits in the green golden zone, then add the right frosting and toppings before their patience runs out. Golden cakes and quick service earn bigger tips, and a streak of happy customers builds a combo bonus.
Each day has a sales goal that rises as your bakery grows. New batters, frostings and toppings unlock as the days go by, so orders get longer: two toppings, matcha sponge, fudge frosting and birthday candles. From day three a picky food critic drops in with a demanding order that pays big or costs you a bad review, and from day four a midday rush hour doubles the crowd. Leave a cake too long and it burns. Between days you spend your earnings on extra ovens, a fourth plate, hotter ovens, a thermometer for a longer golden window, cozy music and a tip jar. Your progress saves between days.
It suits fans of cooking and restaurant games who like a hectic but readable rush. Tip: keep two ovens baking at all times and decorate while they work.
How to play
Tap a batter to put it in an empty oven. When the oven's bar reaches the green zone, tap the oven to move the cake to a plate. With that plate selected, tap a frosting and then the toppings shown in a customer's bubble, then tap that customer to serve. Golden cakes and fast service earn more. Reach the day's sales goal to open the next day and buy upgrades; miss it and the bakery closes.
Controls
- Mouse / tap: Use batter, oven, plate, frosting and topping buttons, then tap a customer to serve
- 1-4: Put a batter in an oven
- Space: Take out the readiest cake
- A S D F / Z X C V: Add frosting / toppings to the selected plate
- Left / Right: Select a plate
- Enter: Serve the selected cake to whoever ordered it
- Backspace: Trash the selected cake
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute
