Ambulance Rush
Drive an ambulance through busy city streets: pick up patients, beat their timers to the ER, use your siren to clear traffic and drive smoothly for bigger bonuses across harder shifts.
Ambulance Rush is a top-down city driving game where every second counts. Calls pop up around a grid of streets, parks and colourful rooftops. Race to the patient, stop on the marker to load them, then follow the arrow and the minimap to one of two hospitals and pull into the ER bay before their timer runs out. Smooth driving matters: hard braking, sharp turns at speed and crashes lower the patient's comfort, which cuts your bonus and makes their timer tick faster.
Each run is a series of day shifts. A shift asks you to save a set number of patients before the clock hits 16:00, and three lost patients end the run. Every new shift adds traffic, more calls at once and shorter timers. Your siren makes many drivers pull over and flash their hazards, but not everyone notices, so you still have to weave. After each shift you pick one upgrade, such as a turbo engine, a louder siren, air suspension, extra call time, a bull bar or a second stretcher for carrying two patients.
It is a good fit for players who like delivery and rescue driving games with a timer. Reaching later shifts unlocks a nimble rapid responder car and a heavy rescue truck. Tip: brake early before corners with a patient on board, and plan a pickup that is on the way to the hospital.
How to play
Drive to the flashing patient marker and slow down on it to load the patient, then drive to a hospital ER bay and slow down inside it to deliver. Faster deliveries and higher comfort give more points. Avoid hard braking, sharp turns at speed and crashes to keep the patient comfortable. Toggle the siren to make some traffic pull over. Save the shift's quota before 16:00 to finish the shift and choose an upgrade. The run ends if three patients are lost or the shift clock runs out.
