Air Hockey brings the arcade table home: a crisp, icy-white rink, two mallets, one puck and a race to seven goals. The table runs on real circle physics, so every rebound off the rails behaves the way you expect and the speed of your swing transfers straight into the puck. A quick flick turns a lazy tap into a screaming shot.
Play solo against the computer on Easy, Medium or Hard. The easy opponent leaves gaps, while the harder ones read rebounds, bank shots off the walls and react in a blink, so beating Hard takes real angles and patience. You can only move within your own half, which makes defending your goal as important as attacking. Wins against each difficulty are saved so you can track your progress.
This two-player air hockey game is perfect for settling scores with a friend. On a phone or tablet each player takes half the screen, and on a computer one person uses the mouse while the other uses the keyboard, so it plays free in your browser on desktop and mobile. Tip: aim for the side rails, because a bank shot comes in at an angle that is much harder to block than a straight drive.
How to play
Hit the puck into your opponent's goal while guarding your own. Each goal scores a point, and the first player to reach 7 wins the match. Move your mallet with the mouse or touch, or use the arrows and WASD; in two-player mode the second player uses the keyboard or their half of the touchscreen. Swing faster for harder shots, bounce the puck off the rails for bank shots, and stay between the puck and your goal on defense.
Controls
- Mouse / touch: Move your mallet (blue)
- Arrows / WASD: Move the blue mallet vs the computer, or Player 2 (red) in 2-player mode
- Touch both halves: 2 players on one screen
- 1 / 2 / 3, Enter: Pick difficulty and start on the title screen
- P / Esc: Pause
- M: Mute sound
